Questions we hear often
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. You can request an appointment online at any time.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment lets us set aside time for your vehicle. If something urgent comes up, call and we will do our best to help.
Will you explain the repair before doing it?
Yes. We explain what we found, rank it by urgency and wait for your approval. No repair is done without it.
What is your warranty?
Qualifying repairs are covered by the TechNet 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Nationwide Parts & Labor Warranty. Terms apply.
Do you offer wheel alignment?
No. We do not perform wheel alignments.
How often should I change my oil?
Follow your owner's manual or oil life monitor. For many modern vehicles that is every 5,000 to 10,000 miles or once a year.
What does a check engine light mean?
The engine computer has detected a reading outside its normal range. Testing identifies the cause. If the light is flashing, stop driving and call.
What should I do if my car overheats?
Pull over safely, shut off the engine and do not open the cap while hot. Call us before driving further.
Is it necessary to replace a timing belt on schedule?
Yes. On many engines a broken belt causes major damage, and belts usually give no warning.
Do you work on hybrids and electric vehicles?
Yes.
Are AAA members eligible for a discount?
